Policies

Rules for occupancy:

Max occupancy is 7 persons (strictly enforced).

All vehicles parked overnight must be registered with the Snowline resident manager. If make and license number of vehicle is not known prior to arrival, it must be filed with the resident manager upon arrival. Snowline resident manager conducts regular patrols. Please comply.

Snowline rules and regulations will be provided as part of your check in package. Any citations will be immediately charged to your credit card.

Keys are to be left in unit and door locked upon departure.

Lost keys/gate keys will be charged at $20 each.

To avoid additional clean up charges, guests will wipe down countertops and table surfaces of food debris, load dirty dishes and start dishwasher.

Booking deposit policy:

Guests are required to endorse a guest rental agreement.

A booking deposit equal to the cost of one night's stay plus tax is required to reserve the chalet. The balance in full is due 14 days prior to check in.

Cancellations within the 14 day period prior to check in will cause forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Guests are responsible for full rental balance until return of check- in package in the event of cancellation.

Arrival/departure policy:

Check in time is 3 pm day of arrival. No early check-ins, unit alarm will be armed. Check out time is 11 am sharp. We need this much time to prepare the unit for check ins. Please adhere
